What is it?

The LFW 30 Minute Workout is group exercise at its best. The workout comprises of a cardiovascular circuit which uses 9 hydraulic resistance machines and 9 in-between stations i.e. jogging squares.  You spend 30 seconds on each piece of equipment and complete 3 circuits in total finishing with a stretching routine.  What’s really great about the workout is that you perform all 5 components of exercise in just 30 minutes.
